Perfect your skincare routine by nailing the prep steps with CELIMAX Dual Barrier Creamy Toner, a milky-textured toner designed to leave skin feeling soft, smooth and moisturised. Its rich yet lightweight consistency glides effortlessly over skin, making it an easy addition to any ritual.
Formulated with five ceramides, EOP, NS, NP, AS and AP, alongside cholesterol and phytosphingosine, the toner plumps the complexion with moisture to help soften the look of fine lines. Meanwhile, macadamia seed oil, panthenol, pantolactone and allantoin soothe and quench, as a blend of peptides leave the skin feeling supple. Layer underneath your serum as a hydrating first step by gently pressing into the skin or use alone for an instant glow.
