Part One: How to tan your back

We all know the struggle of reaching your back for an even fake tan coverage. Now you can wear a backless top without the fear of exposing the pale square you were unable to reach before.

All you have to do is follow Jules’ easy tips:

TRICK ONE: Flip your mitt with tanning foam on the knuckles to be able to reach further.

TRICK TWO: Put your hand on the opposite arms elbow above your head for more control and to push for maximum reach.

TRICK THREE: Tape a mitt to a wooden spoon, to extend down your back to ensure no areas are missed.

Part Two: Tanning in hot weather

With the summer season and the prospect of going on holiday for some much-needed warm weather on the horizon, locking in your self-tan routine is vital. Jules shares with us his top tips for weather-proofing your tan to maintain a streak-free glow all summer long.

STEP ONE: Spritz yourself with the Isle of Paradise Self-Tanning Water from the fridge-this will ensure your tanning routine is refreshing from the get-go. Spray yourself all over your body and face until your skin is soaked.

STEP TWO: Rub in the tanning water until its almost absorbed.

STEP THREE: Blend using a clean bronzer brush for even coverage. Spray the brush with the tanning water and sweep over the hands. Then once this is done moisturise your hands and buff off any excess tan.

STEP FOUR: Put your hairdryer on the cool setting to dry your whole body and face.

STEP FIVE: Set the areas where you might get sticky throughout the day, including your face and the inside of your elbows, using translucent powder.
