Competition Rule s(“Rules”)

These Rules set out how you can enter for a chance to win apair of VIP tickets b yparticipating in a prize draw available to alleligible LF Beauty+ members (“Competition”).The promoter is THG Beauty Limited(trading asLookfantatsic) whose registered office is at Icon 1 7-9Sunbank Lane, Ringway, Altrincham, United Kingdom, WA15 0AF (“Lookfantastic” or“we”).

By entering the Competition,you are deemed to have read and understood these Rules and shall beunconditionally bound by them.A copy of these Rules shall be available at ([insert link to relevant localsite –) for the duration of the Competition. These Rules should also be read in conjunction with Lookfantastic’s terms and conditions, available at https://www.lookfantastic.com/info/terms-conditions.list.

How to enter

To be entered into this Competition, you will need to:

  1. Enter your first name, last name, and email address between12:00 BST21 June 2024 and23:5923 June 2024on the waitlist at www.lookfantastic.com/brands/shark/waitlist.list; and

  1. If you are a Tier 0-2 LF Beauty+ member you will need to spend a minimum of £60, after discount, on Shark Beauty products on theLookfantastic website between 12:00 BST 21 June 2024 and 23:59 23 June 2024; or

  1. If you are a Tier 3 LF Beauty+ memberyou will need to have made a purchase of at least£60on Shark Beaty products on theLookfantastic website within the last 6 monthsto be in with a chance of winning(“QualifyingEntry”).

Opening and closing dates

The Competition will begin at 12:00BST on 21 June 2024 (“Opening Date”) and will close at 23:59GMT on23June 2024 (“Closing Date”). Any entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be counted. No responsibility will be taken by Lookfantastic for any entry that is misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the Closing Date.

Who can enter and entry restrictions

Only one entry per person.

You must beat least aged 18years of age (orthe age of majority in the jurisdiction where youre side if higher)at the time of entry.The Competition is only open to UK residents. Lookfantastic reserves the right to request proofof age and residency before awarding anyprize and to disqualify any entrant who is unable to provide such proof on request.

You are no tpermitted to enter th eCompetition if you are an employee ofLookfantastic or any THG company, their direct family member or agent, or if you are otherwise professionally connected with the Competition.

In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

Prizes

An eligible entrant may receive one of the following prizes:

  1. A pairof VIP tickets for Girls Aloud London O2 show taking place on 27 June2024: There will bethree winnersof a pair of VIP ticketsto theGirls Aloud London O2 show taking place on 27 June 2024.VIPshall includestanding VIP tickets to the show. (“Prize”).For the avoidance of doubt the winners shallbe responsible for their own travel to and from the O2 arena.The winners will be selected at random by a draw supervision of an independent observer from all eligible entries within48 hours of the Closing Date.The winners will be notified by email within 5 days of the Closing Date (“Prize Notification”). The winners must respond by email to the Prize Notification to confirm that the winner accepts the Prize and must provide the details requested in the Prize Notification to the Promoter. Failure by the winners to respond to the Prize Notification and provide the details requested in the Prize Notification to the Promoter within3 days of the Promoter sending the Prize Notification, will be deemed to be a forfeiture of the Prize by the winner and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries.The winners must collect their prize on27 June 2024 as detailedin the Prize Notification.

Prize to be fulfilled by:SHARKNINJA EUROPE LTDwhose registered office is at1st/2nd Floor Building 3150, Thorpe Park, Century Way, Leeds, England, LS15 8ZB(“Prize Provider”).

EachPrize is asstated and no cash or other alternatives to the Prizes will be offered. The Prizesare not transferable.

A Prize may not be claimed by a third party on awinner's behalf.Lookfantasticdoes not accept any responsibility if awinner is not able to take upa Prize.

Only 1 prize per entrant and per household.

Except to the extent thatLookfantasticis prevented by law from doing so,Lookfantasticwillpublish the surname and town/county of residence of thePrizewinners onLookfantastic website and social media pages.If you object to your surname and/orcounty being published or made available, please contactLookfantastic customer service. In such circumstances,Lookfantasticmay still provide this informationto a relevant regulator on request.

Disqualification

To claim a Prize,anentrant must havecomplied with and remain in compliance withthese Rules. Ifan entrant does notcomply withall of the above requirements within the abovetime frames, or does not otherwisecomply with theseRules,we may disqualify the entrant without any liability to that entrant.

We reserve the absolute right to disqualify without notice any entrantswhowe considerto have used improper technical means to enterthe Competitionand/or we believe have engaged in fraudulent or abusive activities in connection with theCompetition.

Limitation of Liability

Lookfantastic will not be liable for or accept any responsibility for: (i) any failure by the winner(s) or any entrant tocomply with theseRules; (ii) any disruption,delay or misdirection of entries; or (iii) any server,system or network failures, malfunctioning or inaccessibility.If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneouslydeleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in theCompetition, if it is possible.

Notwithstanding this section (Limitation of Liability), nothing in these Rules shall be construed to limit orexcludeLookfantasticliability for death or personal injury caused byits negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability whose limitation is prohibited by law.

Data Protection

Lookfantasticcollects and uses personal data to conduct theCompetition, as is necessary forLookfantasticto be able to perform its agreement with you andin order tocomply with its legal obligations, including to select the winners, deliver the prizes and publish the results (as required by advertising regulations).

Governing law andjurisdiction

TheCompetition,these Rules and any dispute arising therefrom shall be governed byEnglish law, and the partiessubmit to the exclusivejurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The above choice of law andjurisdiction does not deprive entrants of the protection under mandatory statutory provisions that cannot be waived under the law which would have otherwise been applicable.

General

All of our decisions will befinal and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

If any provision of theseRules (or any part thereof)is held to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the invalidity or unenforceability of any provisions (or any part thereof) shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision and all remaining provisions (or any part thereof) will remain in full force and effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable or illegal provision were not contained herein.

The original version of theseRules is drafted in the English language. If theseRules are translated into any other language, the English language version shall prevail.
