• For Invigorating heat to 36°c
• For Relaxing heat to 37°c
• For Silhouette refining heat to 38°c
• Relax in the bath for 30 minutes
• Come out of the bath for 20 minutes, wrapped in bathrobe
• Then go back to bath and rinse thoroughly
• Use 2/3 times a week.
