Suitable for use during menopause, the So Divine Dilator Set helps to minimise the feeling of vaginal tightness. The set features five different sizes that allow you to progress at your own pace. Easy to use and made from high-quality silicone, the set is best used with a water-based lubricant.

Step 1: Select the size you are comfortable with, clean before and after use.

Step 2: Coat with a water-based lubricant. You should experiment and figure out the right amount of lube to use for you, but we recommend starting with a small amount and add more if you feel it’s needed.

Step 3: Gently place the tapered end of the dilator inside the vagina. The dilator should not be fully inserted, please keep the handle outside. When you are comfortable using the chosen dilator, you can progress to the next size.

Step 4: Use for 15-30 minutes at least three times a week.
