Shampoo: Apply a pound coin-size amount of the shampoo to wet hair, massage into scalp using fingers and palms. Rinse thoroughly.

Mask: Apply a pound coin-size amount of the hair mask onto palms. Gently massage through wet hair from mid-lengths to ends. Leave-on for 5-10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
