A two-step colour and condition lip formula by Rimmel. The Lasting Finish Provocalips is a dual-ended liquid lip formula and hydra-balm top coat that locks the makeup in place for up to 16 hours.

Available in an array of flattering tones and hues, the lightweight liquid lipstick packs a high-pigment payoff, while resisting transfer, smudging and flaking. The clear balm works to hydrate the lips, leaving them visibly soft and supple for longer. 

• Application: Apply the lip colour first and follow with the balm to set.
