Scalp:

• In the shower, section wet hair to reveal the scalp.
• Apply a coin-size amount directly to the scalp and rub in circular motions to activate lather.
• Rinse and follow with your favourite conditioner.

Body:

• Apply to damp skin and rub in circular motions to gently exfoliate.
