Instructions Guide

• Using the shade guide provided in your kit, check your current shade of your teeth. This way you can track how many shades whiter your teeth are after completing the course.
• To activate your mini light, release the battery cover and take out BOTH of the batteries. You will see a clear plastic disk underneath the first battery. Remove the clear plastic disk and dispose. Now put BOTH of the batteries back into the mini light and it will now be active. The plastic disk ensures that your batteries are brand new and have not been used.
• Take a whitening gel tube and squeeze gel evenly on the upper and lower mouth guard. You will get 5 x applications out of each tube so use sparingly.
• Attach the mouth guard to the mini light.
• Place mouth guard in mouth and press the power button on the mini light to begin the whitening process. Bite the mouth guard to keep in pace.
• Leave the guard in mouth for 30 mins - the light will turn off automatically. After 30 mins - remove the mouth guard and rinse your mouth and the guard with water so it’s ready for your next use.
