This invigorating gel cleanses and helps revitalise tired bodies with a stimulating aromatic blend that includes soothing lavender, while a gentle coconut derived cleanser leaves skin feeling soft and smooth.

ESPA Fitness Bath Salts
Reward your body after a strenuous work out and recharge with these invigorating and aromatic bathing crystals, which harness an expertly selected blend of Deep Sea magnesium and Dead Sea salt. As you sink into the warm water, remineralising seaweed and skin-smoothing oatmeal work alongside traditional herbal saviours to help restore your body.

Balm: Ideal for massage pre and post exercise. Massage into legs with upward movements. For arms, neck and shoulders, work in circular motions. Prior to application massage tube between palms to help warm and soften product.

Shower Gel: Create a lather by massaging into damp skin using firm circular movements and breathe in the rejuvenating aroma before rinsing away.
