Transforming from a rich balm into a silky oil, the formula melts away all traces of the day for a touchably soft finish. The non-greasy formula effectively removes stubborn makeup and sunscreen without stripping the skin of moisture. Lightweight and deeply nourishing, the balm harnesses the moisturising properties of safflower seed oil to help protect against dryness.
