LOOKFANTASTIC Advent Calendar Giveaway - Rules (“Rules”)

To be entered into this Promotion, you will need to:

a. go to the @lookfantastic Instagram page and find the Advent Calendar Giveaway post;

b. tag your best friend (“Best Friend”) in the comments section of the post (“Comment”);

c. make sure you and your Best Friend are both following the @lookfantastic @lfbeautybox and @trendingtravel Instagram pages (together the “Instagram Pages”);

d. share this post to your Instagram story;

e. ensure your Instagram account is open to the public, i.e. not set to a ‘private’ account.

The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

The Promotionwill beginat 21:00on 29 November2021 (“Opening Date”)and will close at 12:00 on 02 December 2021 (“Closing Date ”). Any entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be counted. No responsibility will be taken by Lookfantasticfor any entry that is misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the Closing Date.

Only one entry per person.

You must be at least aged 18years of age at the time of entryand resident in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).

You are not permitted to enter the Promotion if you are an employee ofLookfantasic, Trending Travel or any The Hut Group company, their direct family member or agent, or if you are otherwise professionally connected with the Promotion.

In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize or reward you may win.

There will be one winner. The prize for the winner will consist of:

1. 2 x £250 vouchers that can be redeemed against any “destination” deals listed on the Trending Travel website https://trendingtravel.co.uk (“Website”) which have flights scheduled from UK airports only (“Trending Travel Holiday Voucher”) subject to the winner and their nominated friend presenting a valid passport and complying with all applicable coronavirus restrictions. The Trending Travel Holiday Vouchers shall expire 12 months from the date of issue.

Any queries in relation to the Trending Travel Holiday Voucher must be directed to Trending Travel.

The Trending Travel Holiday Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer. The Trending Travel Holiday Voucher must be redeemed in one transaction.

Each Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives to the Prize will be offered and the Prize is not transferable. The Promoter reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize is unavailable for any reason whatsoever.

The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on the winner's behalf. Lookfantastic does not accept any responsibility if a winner is not able to take up the Prize.

There will be one winner of the Prize. The winner will be selected in a random draw by an independent judge on 02 December 2021 (‘’Selection Date’’).

The winner will receivethePrize and shall be entitled to give their Best Friend one of the advent calendars and one of the Trending Travel Holiday Vouchers. For the avoidance of doubt, one of the Trending Travel Holiday Vouchers must be redeemed by the winner.

The winner and their Best Friend must still be following the Instagram pages with the Comments still active/visible on the Advent Calendar Giveaway post on the Selection Date.

The winner will be notified by Lookfantastic by direct private message via their Instagram account within 3 days of the Closing Date (“Notification’’).

Failure by the winner to respond to the Notification within 21 days of the Promoter sending the Notification will be deemed to be a forfeiture of the Prize by the winner and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all eligible entrants to the Promotion.

Please allow up to 60 days from the date the winner supplies the requested details for delivery of the Prize.

Except to the extent that Lookfantastic is prevented by law from doing so, Lookfantastic will publish the surname and town/county of residence of the winner on Lookfantastic’s website and social media pages. If you object to your surname and/or county being published or made available, please contact Lookfantastic sophie.bartram@thehutgroup.com. In such circumstances, Lookfantastic may still provide this information to a relevant regulator on request.

To claim a Prize an entrant must have complied with and remain in compliance with these Rules. If an entrant does not comply with all of the above requirements within the above time frames, or does not otherwise comply with these Rules, we may disqualify the entrant without any liability to that entrant.

We reserve the absolute right to disqualify without notice any entrants who we consider to have used improper technical means to enter the Promotion and/or we believe have engaged in fraudulent or abusive activities in connection with the Promotion.

The Prize may be taxable income under the laws applicable to the winners. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, any taxes applicable to the Prize is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the winner. The winner is solely responsible for reporting the Prize to the relevant tax authorities, and paying all taxes applicable to the Prize, as required by the applicable tax laws. Upon request from Lookfantastic, a winner will promptly complete and submit to Lookfantastic all tax forms, certificates or authorizations as may be necessary under the applicable tax laws.

Lookfantastic will not be liable for or accept any responsibility for: (i) any failure by the winner or any entrant to comply with these Rules; (ii) any disruption, delay or misdirection of entries; or (iii) any server, system or network failures, malfunctioning or inaccessibility. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion, if it is possible.

Notwithstanding this section (Limitation of Liability), nothing in these Rules shall be construed to limit or exclude Lookfantastic’sliability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability whose limitation is prohibited by law.

Lookfantasticcollects and uses personal data to conduct the Promotion, as is necessary for Lookfantasic to be able to perform its agreement with you and in order to comply with its legal obligations, including to select the winners, deliver the prizes and publish the results (as required by advertising regulations).

The Promotion, these Rules and any dispute arising therefrom shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

All of our decisions will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

If any provision of these Rules (or any part thereof) is held to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the invalidity or unenforceability of any provisions (or any part thereof) shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision and all remaining provisions (or any part thereof) will remain in full force and effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable or illegal provision were not contained herein.
